2026 Gravel Events

*2026 Gravel Events: Put these in your calendars!

Remember, PCYC will only reimburse early bird registration fees. *Please send receipts to your coaches.

*First Year riders must get approval from a coach before registering for any race/event.

1- Dead Swede Gravel Race: Saturday, June 6th, in Sheridan, WY (www.thedeadswede.com)

We will travel over to Sheridan on Friday, June 5th. PCYC will provide transportation, lodging, dinner, and race nutrition. Lunch is included with the race. You are on your own for snacks and breakfast. PCYC will reimburse early bird registration fees, or…see your coaches for a special PCYC promo code when you register!

2- Pine Island – Gravel Odyssey: Saturday, June 13th, in Spearfish, SD (www.pineislandgravel.com)

*This event is for returning PCYC riders and/or riders who committed to winter and/or spring training only. You must get approval for this trip from your coaches before registering. We will travel to Spearfish, SD on Friday, June 12th, race on Saturday, spend Sunday as a team doing some casual rides and sight-seeing, then travel back to Cody on Monday, June 15th. PCYC will cover travel, lodging, and race day meals, but riders will be responsible for their meals outside of race day. 

3- Peaks to Conga: Saturday, June 20th, Cody to Shell, WY (www.peakstoconga.org)

We will provide ride support and a shuttle back to Cody from Shell, but we encourage parents to pick their rider(s) up at the race if possible. A post-race meal is provided in Shell upon arrival.

4- Cowboy Crusher: Saturday, July 11th, in Glenrock, WY (www.cowboycrusher.com/)

This is not a traditional race for us, but if there is enough interest from our riders, we will announce logistics as the date draws nearer. Check with your coaches in case there is a special PCYC promo code before you register.

5- Big Sky Gravel: Sunday, August 30th, in Red Lodge, MT (www.bigskygravel.com)

We will provide transportation to the race, but encourage parents to pick their rider(s) up at the race if possible. A post-race meal is provided to all participants. Check with your coaches for a special PCYC promo code when you register.

6- Fistful of Dirt: Sunday, September 6th, in Cody, WY (www.fistfulofdirt.com)

​This is our local event, and we certainly hope you can make this one! We will be looking for people to volunteer at this race too, so if you and/or your family are not racing, we encourage you to volunteer! A post-race meal will be provided. PCYC will reimburse early bird registration fees.

7- Mane Event: Saturday, September 19th, in Sheridan, WY (www.maneeventgravel.com)

This used to be a traditional race for us, but schedule conflicts with fall sports have interfered the past few years. However, if there is enough interest from our riders, we will announce logistics as the date draws nearer. Check with your coaches in case there is a special PCYC promo code before you register.

There may be other event opportunities that come up, and we will announce those as they arise.
